2. do not expect the coach to do the work
3. be prepared for each session
4. do your homework (anything you and the coach agree to)
5. see it as investing in yourself and your future, not just another obligation among many
6. plan to receive coaching for a period of three to six months in order to let it build proper momentum. We will strive for some fast successes but the long term goal of achieving more success with less stress may require you to implement long term changes in your life strategy.
