Business Manager
Glenn gained respect as a business leader and manager with excellent problem solving, team building and customer relations skills. He is precise in the definition of problems and savvy in designing appropriate solutions for a variety of interpersonal and organizational challenges.
His business experience includes start-ups, development planning, successful responses to competitive requests for proposal (RFP), merger and acquisition management, multi-million dollar budget management and managing first-line managers. He is adept at strengthening operations, improving efficiency and renewing team enthusiasm. His leadership experience includes management positions with: Kaplan, Inc., Kronos Incorporated, Ohio Timekeeping Systems, WrightPoint Computers and Computer Care.
Teacher
Glenn is also a professional instructor with a proven ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Making complex business simple and easy to understand is his gift. He has served as an instructor at Daymar College, Southern Ohio College, Binghamton University and Northern Kentucky University.

Glenn earned his MBA from Thomas More College while working full time as a regional manager for Kronos Incorporated. Also a graduate of SUNY Binghamton (Binghamton University), he holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as an associate's degree in Engineering Science from Broome Community College. Glenn also received certification from Loyola University in Chicago to teach personality typing as a tool to better understanding those with whom we work.
